Adequate sleep is a key part of a healthy lifestyle and can benefit your heart, weight, mind, and more. Sleep makes you feel better, but its importance goes way beyond just boosting your mood or banishing under-eye circles. Sleep has a direct effect on your metabolism and your ability to recover after workouts, impacting your results of this challenge.
Hereβs what you gotta do:
STEP ONE
Set a NIGHTLY BEDTIME to honor for this week. π΄
STEP TWO
Be sure to finish consuming your water 2 hours before bed to avoid waking up to use the restroom. π°
Cut off all electronics, to include wireless internet (TV, Tablets, cell phones, etc.) ONE hour before bed to relax.

STEP THREE
TRACK YOUR REST
If you have a wearable device such as Apple Watch or Fitbit, send your results.
If not check-in on the Facebook group ONE HOUR BEFORE YOUR BEDTIME, stating that you are shutting electronics down for the night.
